Joe Hammond has been with Rick Engineering Company for more than two decades. He is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California with more than 28 years of experience designing sites for a wide array of residential and commercial developments throughout Southern California.  Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
